The model and her guitarist husband, who hails from her native Germany, strolled hand-in-hand along the beach.
Heidi showed off her age-defying figure in her tiny swimwear which she paired with large sunglasses.
The lovebirds then splashed around with an inflatable reindeer and shared a laugh in the warm Caribbean sea.
Tom wore pink and green shorts with a diamond pattern and blue flowers, as well as an orange baseball cap.

In the sea, Heidi lay on top of the bouncy castle and started kicking hard and fast, but noticed that she was making no progress.
She turned around and saw Tom, who had been holding the reindeer toy tightly in his hand the entire time, preventing Heidi’s movement.
Heidi got off the reindeer and Tom, who had been swimming a little further away, said something to her that she did not understand.
She walked over to Tom, who held her hand and repeated what he said, leaving Heidi in hysterics.
Heidi then turned her attention back to the bouncy castle and Tom offered to drag it for her.
Heidi made sure she stayed hydrated in the 24 degree weather and kept a bottle of water as she returned to shore.
The model and Tom have been married since 2019.
Tom is now the stepfather to Heidi’s four children – Leni, 19, Henry, 18, Johan, 17, and Lou, 14 – with ex-husband Seal.
