Inside Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s $60 million Los Angeles mansion – as the singer posts RARE photos of the lavish property with silver and gold decor
Jennifer Lopez has finally given fans a look inside her new $60 million mega-mansion that she shares with husband Ben Affleck.
As she got ready for the big, splashy LACMA Gucci event in Los Angeles on Saturday, the diva posed in a hallway of her grand home.
The house seems to have many white surfaces with touches of silver and gold here and there for a modern twist.
This isn’t the first time she’s been spotted in her super-sized home — the Bronx native has also shot videos in her kitchen and posed in her living room and on her patio overlooking her infinity pool.
The Hollywood power couple bought the house earlier this year and moved in this summer, with JLo overseeing all the decorating.
The couple also lives with Lopez’s teenage twins Max and Emme, whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony. Ben has shared custody of his three children – Violet, Seraphina and Samuel – who he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, and they are also often on the new lot.

This summer, the couple handed over $60.85 million for the 41,000-square-foot mansion, according to TMZ.
The deal lasted just a week and the couple paid nearly $15 million under the $75 million asking price.
It first hit the market in 2018 for $135 million, but that price was almost halved when it was relaunched this year.
The house – also known as the ‘Wallingford estate’ – sits on a 5-acre promontory and features 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.
The mention reveals it has been ‘recently rebuilt and extended’ and features a 12-car garage and parking for 80 people.
There is also a ‘one-of-a-kind’ indoor sports complex, a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker’s house and a two-bedroom security guard’s house on site.
With the indoor sports facility, Jennifer has a full gym, as well as courts for basketball, pickleball and a boxing ring.

There is also a sports lounge and bar.
TMZ reports that there is also a full hair and nail salon, home theater, wine cellar, whiskey lounge and sauna and massage rooms.
A zero edge pool is located behind the main building and overlooks the surrounding area.
There are two private gated entrances to the property.
Brett Lawyer – who has worked with Katy Perry and Madonna – represented the couple in the sale.
Meanwhile, the seller was represented by Ginger Glass of Compass.
In October, large amounts of furniture were seen being moved into Ben and Jennifer’s new home.
At least six vehicles were parked outside the entrance and various carpets, flowers and furniture were unloaded and placed on tarpaulins.
There was also a huge white moving van parked near the hedges surrounding the property.

Ben and Jennifer have stopped escrows on three properties in recent months while they were at the height of their house hunting.
In March, Hollywood A-listers changed their minds about a $64 million mansion in Pacific Palisades, according to TMZ.
It was unclear why they decided to quit, as they seemed to be in favor of it in early March.
It has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, sits on 1.13 acres and features a gym, professional media room, game room, elevator and a huge backyard with a pool and fire pit.
They had previously eyed another home, also in the Pacific Palisades area, that was worth $34.5 million.
That property offers seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms and is located in the prestigious Rustic Canyon.

It also has a six-car garage, a detached guest house, a swimming pool, a dining room with fireplace and a chic bar. According to the listing, the patio has a jacuzzi and an outdoor kitchen.
In addition to a wine cellar, gym and spa, the property’s master suite features a private balcony, double bathrooms and closets.
Ben and Jennifer have been house shopping for months since they decided to put J-Lo’s Bel Air property on the market for a whopping $42 million, up from the $28 million she bought it for in 2016.
According to reports, that house is currently in escrow with a potential buyer for $39 million.
The Argo actor recently sold his mansion for around $30 million.
The extensive search for a home for the newlyweds and their blended family has been going on for about a year.
The couple was often photographed visiting expensive properties in Los Angeles.
