Kyle Richards celebrates 55th anniversary with rumored lover Morgan Wade, 29, in Mexico… as the demise of her marriage to Mauricio Umansky plays out on RHOBH

Kyle Richards celebrated her 55th birthday on a beach at a resort in Punta Mita, Mexico, on Thursday, accompanied by her rumored love interest Morgan Wade.

The Bravo star has been linked to country singer since announcing her divorce from estranged husband Mauricio Umansky, 53, last July; the breakup played out this season on The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills.

The Bravo beauty and her boyfriend relaxed on the beach on luxurious reclining chairs, soaking up the sun.

Richards wore a black two-piece swimsuit with a mesh cover-up, and topped the look off with a beige Western-style hat and sunglasses. Wade wore a white shirt with the Gold’s Gym logo and black shorts with sandals.

Richards shared a photo to her Instagram Stories of girlfriend Jenn Leipart celebrating the day with friends Teddi Mellencamp and Jana Mars Levy. Leipart captioned the image: “Celebrating our birthday boy!”

Much of this season’s edition of RHOBH has illustrated the issues that developed between Richards and Umansky that led to their parting.

On Wednesday’s RHOBH, Richards was upset with Umansky for skipping a memorial service for her late friend Lorene Shea following Shea’s death by suicide in May 2022.

“Mau can’t be here because he had to go out of town on business,” Richards said in a confessional segment. “If this had been a few years ago, I would have really relied on him on a night like tonight.”

Compounding the emotional situation, Richards said her late friend told her two days before her death, “Always appreciate your marriage.”

Richards said she felt like she was abandoning her late friend because of her relationship problems with Umansky.

Another point of contention between Richards and Umansky concerned her anger over the flood of women sending him direct messages via social media – and what signals he may have been sending to encourage the clandestine communication.

“I had an argument with Mo about that,” she said. ‘I hate that stuff. Liking people’s photos, following people, you don’t do that.’

In a confessional segment, Richards opened up about the DMs, and the shamelessness of the women who sent them, fully aware that he was a married man.

‘Mo gets a lot of DMs from women; they don’t care that he’s married,” Richards said. ‘And they are always the aggressor. And it makes you realize that there really are a lot of fucking holes.”

Also on Wednesday’s RHOBH, Richards told her co-stars that she would be open to dating another woman, and asked them if they would do the same.

On a segment Bravo after the showRichards said she made the comments in an attempt to shake things up.

She said, “Two reasons I said that: A, for the shock value. B, because I’m at a place in my life where I don’t know. I have no judgment whatsoever.’

Richards appeared on Amazon Live on Tuesday and said that Wade is “not happy with” the media attention that comes with her friendship.

Wade “just wanted to make music and suddenly she was in a world of gossip and tabloids and travel and having paparazzi pictures taken of her,” Richards said. “She just wants to make music and suddenly I felt a lot of guilt, you know, for putting her in this position.

Richards had started “dating country singer” Wade in the wake of her divorce from Umansky, and they “reportedly have matching heart tattoos.” TMZ reported in July.

In August, Richards appeared as Wade’s love interest in the music video for her song Fall in Love with Me, in which they were seen in a hot tub and almost kissed.

Richards and Umansky released a statement on Instagram on July 3 denying they were divorced but not denying they were splitting up.

It read: ‘Regarding the news that came out about us today… All claims about our divorce are untrue. But yes, we have had a tough year. The most challenging of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other immensely. Nothing wrong was done by anyone.”

They continued, “Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to resolve our issues privately. While it may be entertaining to speculate, please do not concoct false stories to fit into an otherwise salacious narrative.”

They concluded by saying, “Thank you for the love and support,” as they signed the letter, Kyle and Mauricio.

Richards told DailyMail.com last month that she and Umansky remain “good friends” after their divorce because their children are their “biggest concern” going forward.

“We love each other, so we’re very happy on that level,” she said. ‘I think that’s why people are confused and sometimes wonder if it’s true that we’re divorced.

‘It’s even hard for me to believe that we are too, so I can understand it. But in a way we are lucky, we don’t argue, we can have a calm atmosphere in the house and give each other that space.’

The timing of the split came about a year and a half after the duo celebrated a wedding milestone with their 25th wedding anniversary.

“It means so much, and it’s something we’re both incredibly proud of,” Richards told Bravo Insider in November 2021. ‘And for me it is one of my greatest achievements. I mean, I think it’s refreshing that in this town, being married for 25 years is a really big deal. And we are very proud that we are a good role model for our daughters.’

Richards stepped into the spotlight in 2010 when she was one of the leads on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

The cast also included her sister Kim Richards, Adrienne Maloof, Camille Grammer, Taylor Armstrong and Lisa Vanderpump.

Ten seasons later, only Kyle remains on the popular reality series (while Vanderpump has had huge success with its own spin-off Vanderpump Rules).
