The pair, from Farncombe, Surrey, toasted their day in the dining car – traveling at 120mph.

The speeches, wedding breakfast and champagne toast were held in the dining car while the train was moving.

Mum-of-one Leah said: “Trains have always been a big part of my life.”

Amanda Burns, GWR sales and marketing director, said: “Train and rail travel is often romanticized and provides a gateway to new adventures, so what better way to embrace this than by actually having their wedding on board?”

Leah and Vince traveled by train for their first date eight years ago and shared their first kiss on the way home.

They decided to join a GWR service after realizing how crucial it had been to their romance.

The couple is certainly not the first to have part of their wedding ceremony take place at a special location.

In 2017, two newlyweds chose to pose for photos while dangling from a 100-meter cliff.

The brave couples eschewed a traditional wedding venue and climbed the rock walls in Loudi City National Park, in central China.

The weddings were made even more special by the couples’ choice of date, with them choosing to tie the knot on Valentine’s Day.
