He has been paid an astonishing £350m from Mercedes, who he signed for in 2013.

But it could be the end of an era. The 39-year-old is reportedly set to make a sensational move to Ferrari and team up with Charles Leclerc ahead of the 2025 season.

Hamilton's epic wealth has made it possible to enjoy a lifestyle to be envied.

And cars are certainly his passion – with a garage full of supercars worth a look £13 million.

Hamilton is a self-confessed car fanatic, who collects everything from the latest supercars to vintage classics and even electric vehicles.

He previously said: “I don't know anything about wine. I don't know much about art.

“But what I do know are cars, and I'm very picky when it comes to them.”

Here we take a look at just some of his extravagant collection:

PAGANI ZONDA 760 LH

The rarest motorcycle Hamilton owned was his £1.6 million Pagani Zonda, which was made entirely for him.

The exterior and interior are purple and at the sportsster's request he opted for a manual transmission instead of the usual sequential gearbox.

His reasons? Because at first he hated getting behind the wheel.

He once said: 'The Zonda is terrible to drive!

“It's the best sounding car I own, but it's the worst in terms of handling.”

That could be why Hamilton had an accident in 2015 that caused significant damage to the cherished engine.

Hamilton has reportedly sold the bike in 2022.

SHELBY 427 COBRA from 1966

The highest-rated car from Hamilton's collection is this beautiful classic.

It's a rare sight, believed to be worth around £4 million, unless you've seen the racer driving along LA's Pacific Coast Highway.

Hamilton was often spied taking his ex-wife Nicole Scherzinger for a ride in this beauty, which made him stand out from the crowd.

LAFERRARI

Any car enthusiast worth their weight in salt will own this £2 million Ferrari – yet another collector's item that increases in value as the years go by.

The LaFerrari can reach a top speed of 350 km/h and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.4 seconds, meaning it is the fastest car Hamilton owns.

Footballers such as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Son Heung-min also drive this terrifyingly fast motorcycle that must feel like driving a racing car.

MERCEDES-AMG PROJECT ONE

Lewis got his hands on a Project One in 2021, even though it wasn't released until 2022.

He was closely involved in the production of the plug-in hybrid sports car that can reach a top speed of 350 km/h.

Only 275 were made and they cost around £2 million.

Getting your hands on one was one of the many benefits of his deal with Mercedes.

MERCEDES-AMG SLS BLACK

He already had an SL Black Series, so why not add the SLS to it, right?

Hamilton, who clearly has a need for speed, has added this supercar to his garage, probably because it is the fastest Mercedes in production.

Powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine that produces 622 horsepower, the SLS can reach a top speed of 190 mph.

It also reaches 0-60 in just 3 seconds, making it the ideal car for Hamilton to take his tension off the track. For a price tag of £230,000, this is exactly what you'd actually expect.

MCLAREN P1

Despite the split with the McLaren racing team, Hamilton cannot have felt too offended towards his former employers. In 2015, he added a £2 million P1 to his extensive list of rides.

The P1 has a 3.8-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine, coupled to an electric motor, giving the supercar a total power and torque of 903 hp and 980 Nm of torque.

In practice, this means it's fast and powerful, capable of reaching a top speed of 350 km/h and accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just under 2.7 seconds.

FORD MUSTANG SHELBY GT500 from 1967

The second classic car that is part of his fleet. Fans of the Hollywood film Gone In 60 Seconds may recognize this bike as a resemblance to one of the Eleanor models from the film.

Hamilton had his car modified at an additional cost by Oklahoma-based car company Classic Recreations.

They can fetch up to £750,000 at auction, and you can be sure that Hamilton's is in top condition. That said, we doubt he'll ever sell it.

BEST OF THE REST

When the Mercedes-Maybach 6 was released in 2016, Hamilton made sure he got his hands on the concept car.

The 2×2 coupe is fully electric and can travel up to 200 miles before needing to be charged.

Hamilton also has a Mercedes: the Maybach S600, a luxury driver's car with a partition between the front seats and the back seat.

Both engines have a combined value of approximately £800,000.

And Hamilton doesn't mind swapping four wheels for two, sometimes taking his £6,500 Honda CRF450RX dirt bike around the dirt roads of California.

Then there's his Maverick X3 dune buggy which would have set him back around £20,000, which is also electric in theme with his eco-warrior status.

But now that the switch to Ferrari is imminent, imagine the company cars he has lined up?
