Shoppers rave about $8.64 mascara that’s ‘good for a teen or a grandmother’

SHOPPERS of all ages were blown away by a drugstore mascara that made their lashes pop.

The $8.64 beauty deal was a staple for many who struggled with their brittle lashes.

One reviewer turned to the L’Oréal Paris Makeup Lash Paradise Mascara when she struggled with thinner eyelashes as she got older.

“I am 61 and my eyelashes have become very thin as I have gotten older,” Gina wrote.

Aside from eyelash extensions, she explained that she knew no product on the market could turn back the clock on her eyelashes.

“I know nothing but eyelash extensions will give me back the long, thick, dark lashes of my youth, so I was looking for a mascara that would at least make my lashes stand out,” she said.

After a few swipes of the L’Oréal mascara, she found what she was looking for.

“Three photos are no mascara, one coat of this mascara and two coats of mascara.

“I also used an eyelash primer the next day, and the primer plus two coats of mascara really made my lashes pop. This mascara looks like a keeper.”

Another satisfied customer explained why she continued to buy the L’Oréal without fail.

“I’ve been buying this mascara for a few years now and I love it,” she wrote.

Like Gina, she also felt like her lashes were no longer as full as they used to be.

“As I get older, I feel like my lashes are getting thinner. But after I apply this, they look luscious and long!” she said.
