Milo Ventimiglia and Justin Long Bond about wedding rings
While Milo Ventimiglia has played a husband on TV before, he just became a husband in real life for the first time — and marriage was an easy adjustment.
“Is it weird to say 'husband' now, in that language?” The conversation guest cohost Justin Long Ventimiglia asked on Friday, February 16 interview.
“Not at all!” Ventimiglia, 46, responded quickly. He added, “I think even before we actually got married, in my head, just knowing her, she was always my wife.”

As the audience began to swoon over the actor's romantic response, Ventimiglia kept flowing. “That was my thing. That was my take on it. It is not a change,” he said. “[There’s] no difference. For example, I never take off my ring. I'm just really excited.”
Upon hearing Ventimiglia's answer, Long, 45, who also recently got married after saying “I do” Kate Bosworth in May 2023, could relate.
However, Long said he was initially a little concerned that he wouldn't like the feeling of wearing a ring because he wasn't used to it. “I thought it would be suffocating and I wouldn't be able to get it off,” Long admitted as he pretended to pull on his ring.
For a long time, he reassured everyone that his fears fortunately did not materialize, adding that he actually “loved” wearing a ring – so he was embarrassed when he lost his first wedding ring. “I lost my ring. I lost it,” Long revealed. “This is my second ring.”
Long was curious if Ventimiglia had ever lost or damaged his ring since he started wearing it, so he asked, “Is it this?” [your] original?” while pointing to the actor's hand.
“Yes”, the Gilmore Girls alum replied. “Yes, this is it.”
Long congratulations to Ventimiglia on having the OG band. “Good for you!” the Goosebumps said star.
