The bargain hunter added: “I was pleased that £11.00 was a good deal.”

Other users were surprised by Ann’s find.

According to the Energy Saving Trust, slow cookers are one of the most energy efficient kitchen appliances.

So with energy bills rising, this is a tasty way to save the pennies.

On average, they use about the same amount of energy as a standard electric light bulb.

So even if left on a low heat all day, experts say they use less energy than if it were cooked more quickly in a conventional oven.

The appliances are perfect for the novice chef or someone who is always on the go and does not want to spend too much time in the kitchen.

And it couldn’t be easier. All you have to do is chop up a load of meat and veggies, throw it all in and let it simmer.

It comes as shoppers have gone wild after Morrisons started selling suitcases super cheap – with prices starting from just £7.99.

So for anyone who has a holiday coming up or has a shabby suitcase and needs an update, listen up.

One savvy shopper noticed the epic deals as she browsed the aisles of her local store.

Delighted with her finds, Libby Barker took to social media to warn other shoppers.

‘I bought 19 just for me,’ say delighted shoppers as Morrisons cuts Easter egg price to just 75p

In this beautiful suitcase sale you will find four black Manoukian suitcases in different sizes.

The extra small covers, which measure 20 x 30 x 47 cm, cost only €7.99 each.

Meanwhile, the small cases, which measure 22x34x58cm, cost £17.99.

If you need something larger, there are medium suitcases for €24.99, which are 26.5 x 41 x 67cm and cost €24.99 each.

Last week The Sun examined the best loyalty programs and price matches for supermarkets.

We’ve found that while loyalty prizes are cheaper than regular prizes, they’re not always the best deal on offer.

For example, Sainsbury’s charges regular customers £2 for a pack of nine KitKat bars, which is reduced to £1.65 with a Nectar card.

But Asda is cheaper than both: £1.50 without loyalty discount.

But luckily, Laura Purkess has listed the benefits of each loyalty program and weighed up which supermarket offers the best value.
