Off to the races! Zara and Mike Tindall arrive on Magic Millions Race Day with Prince Harry's best friend Nacho Figueras after flying to Australia in a deal 'that has made them £1.5 million'

Zara Tindall and her husband Mike gave Prince Harry's best friend a warm welcome today as they arrived together for a day of racing on Australia's Gold Coast.

The King's niece, 42, looked typically chic in a floral dress and matching fascinator as she hugged Argentine polo player Nacho Figueras and his wife Delfina Blaquier before heading to the Magic Millions Race Day.

It comes just days after the four were spotted enjoying a day at the beach in Byron Bay, New South Wales, while Zara and Mike soaked up the winter sun and packed on the PDA.

Today the royals attended the Magic Millions Race Day at the Gold Coast Turf Club, a day of highly competitive racing with a £7.5 million prize pool up for grabs.

Mother-of-three Zara dressed for the occasion in a light blue and white floral dress, which she paired with a matching color fascinator.

She added a touch of glamor to her ensemble with silver pointed heels, and opted to keep her hair out of her face with an elegant updo.

Mike, a 45-year-old former rugby player, opted for an off-white suit, paired with a classic white shirt and a black and silver striped tie.

Nacho, who alongside his polo career also works as a model and the face of Ralph Lauren, wore a dusty pink suit and matching tie for his day out – while Delfina also opted for pink in an embellished shirt dress.

The two couples are close friends and it is believed they met through their mutual love of all things equestrian.

Zara and Mike are not working royals and do not take money from the Sovereign Grant to fund their lifestyle through various brand deals.

In 2012, Zara was announced as the first Magic Millions Racing Women Ambassador.

She now travels to Surfers Paradise in Queensland every year for the Gold Coast Yearling Sale, seven days of auctions culminating in a major race meeting where all the contenders are horses bought at previous Magic Millions auctions.

Brand experts say Zara could make 'millions' from the deal.

Giles Kenningham, founder of PR & Public Affairs Consultancy Trafalgar Strategy and former Number 10 Head of Press, said Zara and Mike are cementing themselves as the biggest earners in the royal family now that Harry and Meghan have been 'tarnished'.

“Zara and Mike are sports stars themselves and therefore have more cachet than other members of the royal family,” he told Femail.

'They both have a lot of followers, Mike with his podcast and Zara with her equestrian career, so they are more credible than others.

'They are often depicted with their children and look more like a normal family than a royal family, making them recognizable and marketable.

Delfina, Nacho and Zara are all Magic Millions ambassadors and were first photographed together at the event – on Australia's Gold Coast – in 2019.

The quad together rang in New Year 2020 in Sydney – along with actress Rebel Wilson – almost a year later.

Nacho has also become one of Prince Harry's closest confidantes.

Dubbed the 'David Beckham of Polo', he has traveled the world with his polo teammate Harry and seems to be getting just as close to Zara.
