PALACE CONFIDENTIAL: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ‘really in exile’

Elsewhere in the latest installment of Mail+’s Palace Confidential series, The Daily Mail’s royal editor Rebecca discussed the Prince and Princess of Wales’s approach to their duties.
