  • The winning numbers are 3, 4, 5, 6, 14, 22 and 23 and the Powerball is 17

The Powerball numbers are in – and one lucky person in NSW has hit the $100 million jackpot.

The winning numbers for Powerball draw 1414 on June 22 – Australia’s second-largest ever lottery draw – are 3, 4, 5, 6, 14, 22 and 23. The Powerball is 17.

There was one first division winner – who took home a cool $100 million – and ten second division winners, who shared a prize of over $2 million.

Nearly 70 people won just over $12,500, sharing the $2.7 million division three prize pool.

There were long winding queues outside newsagents as an estimated half of all Australian adults bought a ticket for a chance to win the $100 million draw

After five consecutive Powerball draws failed to produce a single Division 1 winner, the Powerball prize rose to a staggering $100 million for Thursday night’s draw.

Massive crowds flocked to news agencies across the country on Thursday for a chance to win the mega prize.

Thursday night’s draw marks only the sixth time in history that Powerball has won nine figures in nearly three decades.

It is estimated that one in two of all Australian adults bought a ticket ahead of tonight’s massive draw.

There hasn’t been a $100 million Powerball draw since December 2022, when it was split among three players who each received a life-changing $33.3 million just before the New Year.

From a trip to Hawaii to a huge donation to charity and a one-way ticket from Australia, gamblers have revealed what they would spend their winnings on if the unimaginable happened.
