It comes after Emily showed off her baby bump in sweet snaps with boyfriend Cam after announcing her pregnancy – 18 months after suffering an ectopic pregnancy.
She revealed to People that their unborn child – due in June – is a “miracle” after their devastating loss.
Emily said: 'After what happened last time, I wasn't even sure I wanted to get pregnant again in case I had to go through that again.
'It sounds cliché, but it really is our little miracle. This is what I'm so excited about, to be able to tell people it's possible.”
The influencer said she realized she was pregnant again just two weeks after giving birth – and said it was a happy surprise because they “weren't really trying.”
She said: 'I know it sounds a bit crazy but because I've been pregnant before I just had the same symptoms. My breasts are naturally very small and swelled immediately. It's just women's instincts.'
She told Callum she was pregnant during a trip to celebrate his birthday in October and said: 'I wish I had recorded his reaction because it looked like someone had seen a ghost. I will say it wasn't the reaction I was hoping for, but he's more of a realist.

“I think because of what happened last time, he was just very skeptical, and he was just worried, I think, that's what it came down to. He was like, 'But what if it happens again?'
Due to her previous ectopic pregnancy, Emily had an early scan when she was seven weeks pregnant. The doctors gave her the certainty when she was twelve weeks pregnant.
Emily and Cam met on season two of Too Hot To Handle, which aired in June 2021, and after moving in together just a month and a half into their relationship, they are the show's only success story.
They bonded instantly from the moment they entered the villa and celebrated their three-year anniversary on December 18.
