MANCHESTER UNITED’s match with Liverpool is one of the Premier League fixtures chosen for live TV coverage in April.

However, the long-awaited match has been given a bizarre start time.

Sky Sports has selected the match for live broadcast on Sunday, April 7.

However, the Reds visit Old Trafford at 3.30pm, instead of the usual Sunday kick-off times of 2pm or 4.30pm.

A total of 17 matches have been selected for TV between April 2 and 15, including a great line-up of midweek action on TNT Sports.

Eight matches will be shown live, with West Ham hosting Tottenham on April 2 at 8.15pm.

Manchester City vs Aston Villa is one of three matches to be broadcast on April 3, while United’s trip to Chelsea is also live the following day.

The Red Devils have selected three matches in total, although their away match against Bournemouth could well be moved.

Currently scheduled for 4.30pm on April 14 live on Sky Sports, the match will be moved to 5.30pm the day before Arsenal vs Villa is due to move.

That match is currently scheduled, but both sides could be in European action midweek, meaning the match may have to be rescheduled.

Elsewhere on April 13, Newcastle host Spurs on TNT Sports at 12.30pm.

Sky Sports will also show Liverpool vs Crystal Palace at 2pm on April 14 and Chelsea vs Everton at 8pm on April 15.
