Raquel Leviss slams Tom Sandoval for suggesting they made a “suicide pact.”

Rachel 'Raquel' Leviss is not happy with ex Tom Sandoval comment on her mental health.

The former Vanderpump Rules The 29-year-old star slammed Sandoval, 40, for insinuating they had discussed suicide last year in the aftermath of their affair, called Scandoval. Sandoval made the comments during a December 2023 appearance on the “Two Ts in a Pod” podcastagainst cohosts Tamra Judge And Teddi Mellencamp that at one point he was “on the phone with Rachel literally debating whether to kill ourselves.”

Leviss first addressed the comment on the Monday, February 19 episode of her “Rachel Goes Rogue” podcast. “It's not okay for someone else to tell other people that they've expressed the feeling that they don't want to live anymore,” she told listeners, noting that she went through “a very deep processing with my therapist” as a result.

She continued: “It was like, 'Wow, why are you talking about this personal information? That was only known to your ears? This is a vulnerable subject, a vulnerable position that I want to share with you and you tell Teddi and Tamra and anyone else listening to this popular podcast that I have had dark thoughts?” But also the way he said it made it seem like we had made a suicide pact, like it was kind of Romeo and Juliet love story. That really made me angry.”

Leviss further noted that Sandoval “crossed a line” by “discussing that personal, emotional, troubled state of mind with the rest of the world.”

In March 2023, news broke that Sandoval had been cheating on his girlfriend of nine years. Ariana Madix, with Levis. A month later, Leviss checked himself into a mental health facility for 90 days after receiving a response from VPR costars and fans. The former reality TV star later announced that he would not return for season 11 of the Bravo series.

For his part, Sandoval talked about his struggle with suicidal thoughts during a conversation Lisa Vanderpump on the February 13 episode of the show. “If I say I'm sorry and I cry, then so be it [called] crocodile tears. I have battled with suicide [thoughts]. Don't tell me what I felt,” he told her before explaining his feelings in a confessional.

“I was hanging on by a thread. The walls start to close and you can't see past the ache and pain. You can't dream of better days,” Sandoval said. “I got to the point where I was like, 'What is the f–king point?'”

Vanderpump, 63, then expressed her disappointment that Sandoval didn't ask her for help knowing she had lost her brother. Mark Vanderpump, to suicide in 2018. “Tom Sandoval assured me after the reunion when I called him from the car on the way home. I said, 'Promise me Tom, if you ever have thoughts like that…' And he said, 'I'm not that person. I wouldn't do that,” she stated in a confessional. “So to hear him say he had those thoughts and he didn't call me? That scares the hell out of me.”

During Monday's podcast, Leviss said she was “glad” Bravo had a suicide hotline that was dismissed at the end of the episode. “I'm a little disappointed, though, that they didn't really treat me with that concern,” she added. “I am so grateful that I was able to get the mental health care and attention I so desperately needed. That place really saved me and helped me get out of this chaotic world.”
