The news was shared in the Newfoodsuk group on Facebook.

The account owner said: “Spotted Reese's Peanut Butter Easter Selection at Waitrose.”

One user said: “I can't wait to taste it.”

“I need it,” said another.

A third user said: “Ooo yes please.”

“This is a must,” someone else declared.

In the selection box you will find a Peanut Butter Cream Egg, King Size White Peanut Butter Eggs and King Size Milk Peanut Butter Eggs, as well as a traditional Peanut Butter Egg.

The collection costs £5 in Waitrose, currently Waitrose is the only supermarket selling the selection box.

Be quick, though, because the selection box is only available until March 30.

While Reese's has captured the attention of chocolate fans, several other chocolatiers are quietly phasing out chocolates.

After 50 years, Nestle canceled not one, but two iconic chocolate chip cookie bars.

The chocolatier is discontinuing both Breakaway and Yorkie cookie bars after a drop in sales, a blow to sweet-tooth fans.

Many fans are still mourning the loss of the Caramac chocolate bar, which has also been withdrawn from the market after 60 years.

The discontinued Milky Way Crispy Rolls were spotted on store shelves earlier this month and fans could hardly believe it.

Mars confirmed that the chocolate bar would be discontinued in 2022.
