RHOM’s Guerdy Abraira says she once impressed Michael Jordan
The Real Housewives of Miami star Guerdy Abraira isn’t too concerned about not getting Costar’s approval Larsa Pippen‘s boyfriend, who claims she once got it from his father, Michael Jordan.
“Years ago, when I was doing an event, I saw him and he told me I did a great job.” Guerdy, 46, told exclusively We weekly on Thursday, February 29, during the discussion of season 6 of RHOM and the cast’s “fiery” reunion.
“Michael Jordan came up to me by himself and said, ‘Are you Guerdy?’ And I looked at him like, ‘Yes,'” she continued Thursday about the event she organized. “[He said,] “Good job, Guerdy. Well done.’ So I think if I can impress Michael Jordan at my events, dishes are nothing but one thing.”

Before the reunion officially started, host Andy Cohen visited Larsa’s dressing room and asked Marcus, 33, about the ladies’ frequently asked questions about Michael. (Marcus has been a fixture RHOM since he started dating show star Larsa on and off, although his famous father, 61, hasn’t approved of the pairing.)
“These women couldn’t even do the dishes in our house, let alone try to include themselves in this conversation,” Marcus joked. “Some people just need to stay in their own lane.”
In response, costar Julia Lemigova called Marcus a ‘fake baby’ during an interview Page six.
“Well, I mean, you call it like you see it, I guess. I don’t know what that comment was about,” Guerdy said Us. “Of all the statements you could have made, this is the comment about dishes in your father’s house or in your home. Anyway, I’ll be there with my girl Julia.”

Getty Images (3)Guerdy was also surprised that Marcus was present at the reunion, as he will join the group in parts two or three. “I didn’t know we had a tenth housewife on the show, but I guess there was a tenth camera in the background too,” she joked. ‘I don’t know, my friend, he was a lot! It was a lot of hassle.”
Us broke the news in September 2022 that Larsa, 49, was dating Marcus, with a source noting they were keeping things quiet because of her ex-husband Scottie Pippen‘s feud with Michael, his former teammate with the Chicago Bulls. After more than a year together, Larsa and Marcus broke up in February only to reconcile a few days later.

“So during the first part of the reunion yesterday, Larsa talks about how she never goes to the media and has no connection with the media, but you have to follow the evidence,” Guerdy said. Us. “When we had lunch and I told her I had cancer, I said, ‘Keep it in confidence.’ She brings up TMZ, [but] Who would make a statement this way? That is not the mindset or habits. So it was interesting that she brought it up out of the blue [joking], ‘Oh, I’m going to call TMZ now.’ So that led me to believe that that might be a possibility. I’m not saying it was – maybe the breakup was real – but I guess we’ll never find out.
Guerdy was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023 and told Larsa more in confidence RHOM, who then spilled the beans to the rest of the cast. Guerdy is now in remission, which says a lot Us that she is “feeling great” after having a hysterectomy earlier this month.
“It’s surreal because it’s my real reality, and so it was turned into a storyline for the cast, but honestly this is my real life,” she said of sharing her cancer journey. “I had to protect it at all costs, as best I could.”
