“Aside from that mild allergic reaction to the nuts, 2023 has been one of the best years of my life,” McElhenney, 46, wrote via Instagram on New Year’s Eve. “Thank you to the people and places that made this possible. Thanks to you, my life is full of love and joy. ❤️ I’m so excited for 2024. I’m staying away from the nuts.”
The first photo in the carousel showed McElhenney’s inflamed face after an allergy attack. He also shared a never-before-seen selfie with Harry, 39, and It’s always sunny in Philadelphia Co-star Glenn Howerton.
The photo was apparently taken in September 2023 during a football match between Inter Miami CF and Los Angeles FC.

“Great to see Harry and some of my favorite club owners Bill and Bob last night at @lafc v. @intermiamicf. Watching @leomessi play live: wow,” Howerton, 47, wrote via Instagram at the time shared a photo with Harry and McElhenney at the LA stadium. The trio wore similar outfits to those seen in McElhenney’s photo dump on Sunday.
McElhenney’s 2023 recap also included him supporting Wrexham FC, the football team he owns Ryan Reynoldsand attending Philadelphia Eagles football games with his wife, Kaitlin Olson. McElhenney and Olson, 38, are big Eagles fans, and they sparked a bidding war over a team jacket signed by Kylie Kelcethe woman from Eagles Center Jason Kelce late last year.
“I couldn’t believe that every time I made a bid, someone came right up to me,” McElhenney told Jason, 36, and brother Travis Kelce on their podcast “New Heights” in November 2023. “I got a text from someone I know saying, ‘I bid against you, bozo.’ It didn’t even occur to me that this was a possibility. And it turned out that I live with this person.

Olson later intervened and revealed that she wanted to be “the one” to crash the auction site with a winning bid instead of her husband.
“Basically I win,” she added. “I win. … He will never wear the jacket.”
The couple spent $100,000 on a Kelly Green letterman jacket modeled after the one Harry’s mother, Princess Diana, wore in the ’90s. The signed item was auctioned off in support of the Eagles Autism Foundation, which Jason and Kylie, 31, work closely with.
