Rudy Farias’ mother is accused of letting him play “dad,” treating him like a slave and making him use drugs during the eight years she claimed the boy was missing.

The 25-year-old met authorities for the first time since he was found outside a church last week after reportedly going missing in 2015.

He was seen hiding his face under a blanket when he was escorted out of a Houston hotel by Councilman Quanell X, who became emotional when he described the conversation with the young man.

Rudy reportedly said his mother drugged and sexually assaulted him for years. He spoke only after authorities separated him from his mother, Quanell said.

Footage posted by independent journalist Grizzy’s Hood News shows Rudy being led outside the hotel where he and his mother Janie Santana were meeting with investigators.

Farias said his mother said she would let him sleep in her bed and “let him play daddy” before he ran away.

“I was tired of living like a slave,” the young man reportedly said when asked why he had run away.

“This is sick,” Quanell said. “Based on what that bot told me, I don’t see why she’s not handcuffed right now.”

“He was terrified, but once he was alone, he calmed down,” the activist added. “I believe she was totally drugging this boy.”

Quanell claimed Santana hid the boy for years and convinced the boy to hide because the police were looking for him to put him in jail.

Farias was found unconscious on June 29 after a Good Samaritan called the police to report that an unconscious man had slumped outside a church.

Police said they managed to identify Rudy from the necklace he was wearing, which belonged to his late brother, and called his mother Santana to tell her they had found her son after eight long years.

Santana claimed he had blood in his hair and had clearly been badly beaten and beaten.

Santana shared details about Rudy’s condition after the alleged reunion.

Rudy is in pretty bad shape, he has cuts, soft tissue tumors, small openings and swellings on the soles of his feet, along with bruises, old and new cuts/abrasions on his body, old dry blood on his head and hair, he has a very very dark complexion that is almost unrecognizable now.

Only God knows what he endured during his time away from home.”

The note also stated that he is in a lot of pain.

It continues, “He cringes when you try to touch or hug him, thinking we’re going to hit him.

“He thinks his name is Julio Torres and he’s 14 now.”

Farias’ mother said they tried to talk to him, but he only says a few words and assumes the fetal position.

But a video showing a confused young man at a restaurant near the church where Rudy was found raises questions, as do neighbors who never went missing Rudy.

Kisha Ross, who lives on the same street as Rudy’s mother, said she had never heard of Rudy missing, despite being friends with his family.

“He used to come into my garage to hang out with my cousin, son, and daughter,” a confused Ross told ABC 7, adding that Rudy loved hanging out alone in the woods.

Broderick Conley, Ross’ cousin, also said he hangs out with Rudy on a regular basis — “laughs” and “good times.”

To make matters even stranger, Houston authorities said a “family member” called police in 2018 to report that Farias was staying behind their residence. Officers were on the scene at the time, but did not find Farias.

When questions arose about Rudy’s whereabouts over the past eight years, his mother deleted a GoFundMe account she had created for medical expenses.
