Ryan Reynolds Twins with Travis Kelce in ‘Evermore’ style

Reynolds, 47, wore a green and brown plaid jacket while out and about in New York City on Friday, March 1, and it’s the same jacket his good friend Taylor Swift‘s friend wore in December. Like Kelce, 34, Reynolds wore a beanie (he opted for gray while the Super Bowl champion went for dark green). The winter wardrobe staple first caught fans’ attention when Reynolds wore it last month.
On Sunday February 25 Blake Lively shared a photo of her husband via Instagram Story wearing it. The jacket was designed by The Elder Statesman and cost $2,195, with the Deadpool actor clutching sunglasses, a beanie and a skateboard under one arm.
Lively, 36, called Reynolds her “skater boy,” captioning the photo: “@avrillavigne dreams really do come true.” She combined the image with Avril Lavigne‘Sk8er Boi’, the 2002 hit.

In December, Kelce was spotted wearing the same jacket during a Kansas City Chiefs game against the Buffalo Bills. At the time, comparisons were made between Kelce’s jacket and Swift’s cover art Always album, released in 2020. Swift, 34, and Kelce have been dating since the summer of 2023.
This isn’t the first time connections have been made between Kelce’s outfits and Swift’s album art. In September, ahead of their first public date, the tight end wore a KidSuper two-piece in baby blue that coincidentally complemented the cover of 1989. Last month, Kelce was spotted wearing brown velvet pants, similar to the ones used in Swift’s “Midnights Mayhem With Me” videos on social media.
Intentionally matching Reynolds and Kelce isn’t that far-fetched, as the couples (especially Swift and Lively) often spend time together. Lively traveled to Las Vegas in February to attend Super Bowl LVIII with Swift, which the actress said was the first time she left her four children behind for a weekend getaway. (Reynolds and Lively share four children: James, 9, Inez, 7, Betty, 4, and a 1-year-old whom they welcomed in 2023 and whose name has not been revealed).

Super Bowl LVIII marked Swift’s 13th time at a Chief’s game. A source exclusively confirmed this We weekly that Kelce will join Swift on the international leg of the Eras tour this month, as he is now in his NFL offseason following the Super Bowl.
“After the Super Bowl, Travis will go on tour with Taylor and travel with her,” the source said. “They are happy and looking forward to spending more time together.”
