The sad fate of Paul Hogan's homeless drug addict grandson is revealed as he is caught stealing Dare iced coffee from Coles and 'eshay-wear' from Myer while on Centrelink
Paul Hogan's grandson has been convicted of two separate theft offenses after being caught shoplifting from Coles and Myer.
Jake Paul Hogan, 34, whose father is one of five children shared by the Crocodile Dundee star and his first wife Noelene Hogan, was arrested twice in three days in Sydney's CBD earlier this month.
He was convicted of theft at Downing Center Local Court in his absence on Monday.
The carpenter was first arrested on February 5 after a Coles employee saw him steal two Dare Iced Coffees from Coles World Square without paying.
“The suspect opened up [a] 500 ml [Dare] and began consuming the beverage while walking to another aisle,” according to court documents.

'[Hogan] “When he then placed the larger 750ml bottle in his fanny pack, the suspect left the store without making any attempt to pay for the items.”
According to court documents, Hogan told the witness that he was homeless and had no money, and claimed to police that he had not eaten in several days.
He also claimed to police he paid $380 a week in rent from a $500 weekly income from carpentry and about $500 in Centrelink benefits.
Hogan was charged with shoplifting and released on bail under strict conditions, but three days later he was caught stealing from Myer in George Street.
On February 8, police were called after Myer security 'strongly suspected' Hogan of removing security tags from garments.
According to court documents, police found a black Puma cap, a black KSCY T-shirt, a black Nena & Pasadena T-shirt and green KSCY cargo shorts, with a total value of $259.97.
The police informed him that he was under arrest for shoplifting and breaching his bail conditions, and gave him an official police warning.

Court documents state that Hogan is a “recidivist property offender who supports his illegal drug addiction.”
He has 12 previous charges in New South Wales state and is due to appear in court in March.
Paul Hogan also has one child, quirky son Chance, 24, with his second wife, Linda Kozlowski.
In October last year, a video emerged of Chance covered in cuts and bruises after a visit to a hospital in the US.
The worrying clip came after he was forced to deny he was a 'devil worshiper' by posting satanic images on social media, he was seen vomiting outside a venue where his band performed in 2018, and he was seen smoking a hookah smoked on the balcony of Paul's house. as a teenager in 2015.
