Amazingly, Philip Kingsley No Scent No Color shampoos and conditioners still cost £24 on the John Lewis website.

Shopper Chloe Etherington found the products in her local The Range store for just £5.20 per bottle.

She took to Facebook to tell others: “Don't walk, run to The Range!”

The No Scent No Color range is designed for the “sensitive scalp” and is ideal for those who suffer from psoriasis or eczema.

They have rave reviews, with one customer saying: “Everyone is complimenting how shiny” her hair looks since purchasing it.

“The fragrance-free, hypoallergenic formula removes dirt and impurities to leave hair looking shiny and smooth,” according to a blurb accompanying the products.

“The dose of glycerides delivers moisture to the source while improving manageability.

“Originally inspired by Philip's wife's battle with breast cancer, No Scent No Color was designed to be gentle enough for her as she underwent chemotherapy.”

The conditioner contains “lots of great ingredients that are gentle and gentle on your hair,” according to Philip Kingsley bosses.

“Hydrolyzed elastin adds strength, body and elasticity, improves the tensile strength and moisture retention of your hair and reduces breakage,” she added.

“While Amino Silicone detangles and controls frizz and flyaways, your hair becomes smooth, shiny and frizz-free, without weight or irritation.

“Perfect for those with sensitive, delicate or easily irritated skin and scalp. It is also suitable for Brazilian keratin treated hair.”

Chloe picked up two bottles of each during her recent shopping trip and even shared a photo of the receipt to prove the beauty had been stolen.

Hair care magnate Philip started as a hairdressing assistant in his uncle's salon at the age of 16.

He quickly qualified as a trichologist before launching his first retail range in 1982.

Philip passed away in 2016 after a 65-year career, but his products still grace the shelves of LookFantastic, Cult Beauty and Sephora.
