Solange Knowles Strips Down to Her Underwear as She Talks 'Loneliness' While Working with Destiny's Child: 'I Was on the Road for a Long Time'

Solange Knowles looked beautiful for the Harper's Bazaar's March 2024 Legacy Issue, which was released on Tuesday.

The 37-year-old hitmaker modeled several spring outfits for the fashion magazine while wearing her magenta hair down. In one image, she stripped down to her panties and added a tank top and heels.

The Grammy Award-winning singer – who recently took a trip down under – also sat down for an extensive interview.

She commented on her teenage years working with older sister Beyonce, 42, on her 1990s band Destiny's Child.

“A lot of the work I do speaks to that loneliness and takes into account that connectivity… I would be on the road for long periods of time, especially with adults or older people,” she said.

However, she also stated that in her early years she developed an affinity for visiting major concert halls.

“I felt like I belonged there and that one day I could create a space that felt like that or embody the way that felt through a song or a project,” she said.

Knowles then spoke about her current creative output, and she stated that she was primarily motivated by a desire to leave behind actual physical works for her future fans.

“A big part of what I'm drawn to now is making sure there's physical evidence of my legacy, making sure I have tangible objects and history that people can hold in their hands,” she said.

Knowles shared that she is confident as an artist, noting, “There are very few regrets I have in my career.”

However, the artist did admit that she missed the opportunity to work with Katt Williams, recalling, “I went to his show, went backstage to ask him. To be honest, I found the ball awkward. But he is unique.'

The artist also said she enjoys glassblowing, which she said “is about creating a spirit in an object.”

“I started writing music for the tuba, and I'm trying to talk myself into releasing it, but I can only imagine the eyes rolling when people say, this motherfucker hasn't made an album yet,” she says. said.

'It sounds like what the belly feels like to me. There's a way in which it takes up space that you can't deny, and it just feels really black to me too,” she said.

The hitmaker put her hands in the air after donning a deep purple long-sleeved top and a skirt that hugged her hips in a quirky press.

Knowles later tried on an all-white outfit that consisted of a loose-fitting anorak jacket and matching pants, and the artist showed off her sense of elegance as she wore a tight black dress in one of her photos.

The Losing You singer donned a cream leather jacket as she walked up a spiral staircase for some more snaps.

The songwriter ended up donning an oversized fur coat while lying on a carpeted floor.
