HAUNTING CCTV shows a vicious cat killer wearing a surgical mask and armed with a ‘killing kit’ before luring a stranger to his death.
Scarlet Blake, 25, was today sentenced to life in prison for the murder of Jorge Martin Correno – four months after she live-streamed herself mutilating a cat.

The killer was “fixated on violence”, encouraged by her internet friend Ashlynn Bell, and wanted to repeat the horror murder of the cat with a person.
On the night of the attack, Blake was seen prowling the streets of Oxford before luring Jorge to his death.
He was found dead 24 hours later after suffering a blow to the back of the head and wounds to his neck.
CCTV footage from the night of the horror attack shows Blake walking alone through the city streets looking for a victim.
Video and still images show her wearing a hooded jacket and face mask while carrying a backpack.
Prosecutors previously told Oxford Crown Court she was equipped with a ‘murder kit’ including a garrotte and a cord from a leopard print dressing gown.
BMW employee Jorge had recently enjoyed a night out with colleagues when he was thought to have become “lost and vulnerable” while trying to get home.
He is also seen walking alone, before Blake is seen stopping and walking towards him.
She then walks over to Jorge, who was sitting on the ground “in the wrong place at the wrong time” around 4 a.m. trying to figure out his route home outside All Souls College.
The pair then spent an hour together walking around some of Oxford’s tourist attractions.
They were then seen walking towards Marston Cycle Path, a wooded area that runs alongside the River Cherwell.
This is where the police retrieved the final location data from Jorge’s cell phone.
He was found dead around 12:16 pm on July 26, 2021.
Blake told police she walked home with Jorge before leaving him to go home.
She added: “I don’t know how he died. I just assumed he drowned. It wasn’t something I did. How, I still don’t know, I wasn’t there.”
But Jorge had received a blow to the back of the head.
Jurors were told he was ambushed by Blake, who had been stalking the streets looking for a victim after becoming ‘fixated’ on ‘knowing what it would be like to kill someone’.
The court was told she had confessed to former partner Ashlynn Bell, who lives in the US, that she had killed Jorge with a home-made garrotte.
Four months prior to Jorge’s brutal murder, Blake had live-streamed herself dissecting and killing a cat.

SCARLET Blake was encouraged by her Nazi-obsessed internet friend to mutilate a cat and kill a random stranger.
The evil cat killer, 25, livestreamed herself dissecting and killing a family cat four months before the brutal murder of Jorge Martin Carreno.
Messages obtained by police via the secretive social media platform Discord revealed how Blake told her partner Ashlynn Bell that she had killed Jorge with a homemade garrotte.
She also told her ex-fiancée, Evie Brockman, who Blake was filmed choking with consent, “I’ve killed people because my lover thought it would be hot.”
Asked about the messages during an arrogant, contradictory testimony, Blake insisted: “As an extension of me having to kill a cat, Ashlynn also tried to make me kill a person.
“I told Ashy that I had killed that person and made up the details in a dramatic way.
“When she saw the camera image of me in the jacket, she became quite convinced.”
The video bore an eerie resemblance to scenes from Netflix’s hit documentary Don’t F*** with Cats.
The show is about a man who kills kittens before filming the murder of a human, while a New Order song plays in the background.
In the video, which features the same music, Blake says, “Here we go, my little friend. Oh boy, you smell like shit. I can’t wait to put it through the blender.”
She is seen sticking a scalpel into the cat’s eyes before placing the mutilated body in a blender.
Alison Morgan KC, prosecuting, previously told the court: “The prosecution alleges that this defendant had an extreme interest in death and harm.
“It was an interest that went beyond mere fantasy. She described herself to others as someone who derived sexual satisfaction from the thought of violence and the thought of death.
“Videos in which she and one of her partners commit acts of strangulation, with mutual consent, in a sexualized context.
“She talked to others about what it would be like to kill someone.”
