The book news comes after Sue revealed how her dream Christmas holiday turned into a nightmare after experiencing travel disruptions.

The 22 Kids and Counting star told her 518,000 Instagram followers how the family’s holiday – their 23rd in two years – to Disneyland Paris ended on a ‘terrible’ note as Storm Henk’s extreme weather affected conditions in the English Channel .

The mirror reports that Sue was documenting her long journey home, which was postponed while they waited for an available seat on the shuttle through the Eurotunnel – which was under heavy security.

As she and the family waited in their van for a spot on the shuttle, she posted on her Instagram Story to complain about the wait.

“Home time, waiting to enter the tunnel. We had the best week at Disneyland but are looking forward to coming home,” she wrote.

She went on to explain that the tunnel was ‘so busy’, which she assumed was because people were trying to avoid crossing the Channel by ferry due to the choppy waters.

‘It’s so busy in the tunnel that I don’t think people want to take the ferry with this wind. We’re definitely not getting the 1:36 version,” she lamented.

However, despite the turbulent weather conditions, the Radfords eventually arrived home safely.

Sue wrote: ‘What a horrible drive home. I absolutely hate driving in the wind and rain… Sitting behind the camper and following Noel, swaying in the wind was another bad thing.’

She added: “But we are home safe and sound after leaving at 7.30am this morning. We’ll definitely sleep well tonight.’

The Radfords, who run a bakery, are enjoying their hard-earned trips abroad, having visited Lapland, Disneyland, New York, France and the Maldives several times.
