Nicole (@nicolepommehair) shared her hair care tricks and product recommendations in a TikTok video.

“I use these three products on any client with thin, fine hair,” she said.

“As president of your thin, fine hair, this is what I recommend,” she said.

“I know a lot of people with thin, fine hair don’t use product because they think it makes their hair greasy or weighs them down, but you need as much or more product than thick hair.”

She explained that using a product can make thin hair feel thicker and more manageable.

First, she starts by applying the $35 Pureology Color Fanatic Multi-Task Spray to improve hair strength.

“It won’t weigh your hair down, it won’t make it greasy. It will even out porosity and fill in all the little holes,” she said.

For girls with thin hair who blow-dry their hair, she recommended the $24 L’Oreal Professional Tecni Art Pli Spray.

“This preserves your blow-dry,” she said.

Last but not least, her favorite cream, the $55 Kérastase Chronologiste Heat Protecting Leave-In Treatment, helped improve the feel of thin hair.

My hair was ruined after three years of bleaching. Then I started using a £3 oil from Superdrug and it’s so thick people think it’s extensions

“It helps plump hair. It also contains hyaluronic acid, so it’s really nourishing and it makes your hair plump and juicy,” she said.

Women with fine hair shared their thoughts on her advice in the comments.

“Yes yes, as a girl with fine hair and curls, that spray is great every day, even on days when you don’t wash your hair,” said one commenter.

“I have the Pureology spray! It smells so good too!” said another.
