Tilda Swinton attended a special screening of The Eternal Daughter at the BFI Southbank in London on Friday evening.

The actress, 63, cut a stylish figure for the exclusive event in a fitted black blazer with silver buttons down the center.

She paired the top with chic black pants and black heels that peeked out from under the oversized fabric.

The Academy Award winner wore her signature blonde locks in a quiff and finished her look with a classic red lip, looking every inch a Hollywood star.

She was joined at the event by BFI CEO Ben Roberts and the film’s director Joanna Hogg.

The mystery thriller drama had its world premiere at the prestigious Venice Film Festival in September, followed by screenings at the Toronto International Film Festival, Zurich Film Festival and The New York Film Festival.

It has already received a 95% score from Rotten Tomatoes.

The film follows a middle-aged daughter and her elderly mother, who must confront long-buried secrets when they return to their former childhood home, a once grand mansion turned into a nearly vacant hotel full of mystery.

It also features Joseph Mydell, Carly-Sophia Davies and Alfie Sankey-Green in supporting roles.

The actress also recently starred in George Miller’s new film Three Thousand Years of Longing and lends her voice to the Wood Sprite in Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio.

She also has Asteroid City in post-production, the latest from writer-director Wes Anderson, also starring Margot Robbie, Tom Hanks, Steve Carrell and Scarlett Johansson.

Tilda is currently filming director David Fincher’s new film The Killer, alongside Michael Fassbender as the title character.

She is known for films such as The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and Doctor Strange.

She told me earlier Vanity fair that she doesn’t think about which roles would be good or bad for her career, but simply takes advantage of the opportunities that come her way.

“My life is a strange combination: my friends give me opportunities and I dream of opportunities,” she explained.

‘If something connects, like [The Grand Budapest Hotel]When I was already thinking about mortality, a special predilection of mine, it was very closely linked to my own life.

So the short answer is: I don’t have a career, I have a life. I live my life and the way I live it, so no, I have no external judgment about what would be good or bad for me.”
