Too Hot To Handle star Emily Miller showed off her baby bump in sweet snaps with boyfriend Cam Holmes after announcing her pregnancy on Monday – 18 months after suffering an ectopic pregnancy.

Miller, 29, and Holmes, 27, who first met on the 2020 series of the Netflix show, revealed their baby is due in June, with Miller 14 weeks pregnant.

Miller revealed People this baby was a ‘miracle’ after their loss.

Miller said, “After what happened last time, I didn’t even know if I would even want to get pregnant again in case I had to go through that again. It sounds cliché, but it really is our little miracle. This is what I’m so excited about, to be able to tell people that it’s possible.

Miller said she realized she was pregnant again just two weeks after conception – and revealed the pregnancy was a happy surprise because the couple “weren’t really trying” and she was on her period at the time of conception.

She said: ‘I know it sounds a bit crazy but because I’ve been pregnant before I just had the same symptoms. My breasts are naturally very small and swelled immediately. It’s just women’s instincts.’

The star told Holmes she was pregnant during a trip to celebrate his birthday in October, saying: ‘I wish I had recorded his reaction because it looked like someone had seen a ghost. I will say that this was not the reaction I was hoping for. but he is more of a realist.

I think because of what happened last time he was just very skeptical, and he was just worried, I think, that’s what it came down to. He was like, ‘But what if it happens again?’

Due to her previous ectopic pregnancy, Miller underwent an early scan at seven weeks, with doctors giving her the all-clear at 12 weeks of pregnancy.

The couple were congratulated by their reality show co-stars, including Chloe Veitch, who wrote: ‘WHAT A GORGEOUS BABY IT WILL BE!!’

Emily and Cam met on season two of Too Hot To Handle, which aired in June 2021, and after moving in together just a month and a half into their relationship, Camily was the only couple from the show to survive in the real world.

On December 18 they celebrated their three-year anniversary.

The season two finalists previously revealed they had sex seven times a day for a week when the show ended.

The couple hit it off immediately from the moment they entered the villa and admitted they got a little carried away when they were finally able to sleep together.

Speaking about the PrettyLittleThing podcastEmily and Cam revealed their friends were ‘worried’ about them and told them their sex life might be ‘a bit too much’.

Cam said, “We had an instant connection, which wasn’t shown as much in the first episode, but we were immediately drawn to each other, so that made it a lot harder.”

In June 2022, Miller revealed that she had suffered an ectopic pregnancy, after finding out she was pregnant a few weeks earlier.

The Too Hot To Handle star explained the tragic news in a lengthy Instagram post, telling followers she “collapsed in pain” and was rushed to hospital.

Emily said she was ‘extremely emotional’ after the operation and had a panic attack, adding that despite the physical pain it was ‘even harder mentally.’

The television personality explained that despite the “shock” pregnancy, she was “quite excited” before being admitted to A&E with stomach pains.

Alongside a photo in front of her hospital bed, Emily wrote: ‘So a few weeks ago I found out I was pregnant. Although it was a shock, I was also very excited about it.

‘But on Tuesday. I collapsed while I was in the shops. I can’t even describe the pain to you. It felt like my entire stomach was collapsing and I was rushed to hospital. I waited in A&E until 3pm the next day when I finally got my scan.”

She continued, “When I lay on the table and squeezed Cam’s hand, the two nurses were so quiet. I asked if everything was okay and she replied, “I’m going to ask my colleague for a second opinion,” while the three nurses stood around. Then they confirmed that I had something called an ectopic pregnancy.

‘For those who haven’t heard of this (like me) it’s actually where the fetus gets stuck and grows in your fallopian tube, which is fatal and if I had done it much longer my tube would have burst.

‘It’s one of those things that you think will never happen to you. I was just so scared. Not only was I about to lose my baby, but I was also about to have my fallopian tube removed, and possibly my ovaries as well.

“All I wanted to do was talk to my mother and I’m pretty sure I scared all the poor women in that waiting room with my crying.”

An ectopic pregnancy occurs when a fertilized egg implants outside the uterus, usually in one of the fallopian tubes.

The fallopian tubes are the tubes that connect the ovaries to the uterus. If an egg gets stuck inside, it won’t develop into a baby and your health could be at risk if the pregnancy continues.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to save the pregnancy. It usually needs to be removed with medication or surgery.
