A VIRAL blush technique might just make your complexion look airbrushed.
A 50-year-old makeup fan tested the technique and shared the results with her followers.
In her videoMelissa (@mtagbeauty) demonstrated every step of the beauty trick.
“I know you’ve heard of underpainting, but have you heard of underblushing?” the TikToker asked her audience.
“It’s one of those makeup artist tricks that is so cool and it really makes your blush look airbrushed and polished.”
For her first step, Melissa used the $25 Dew Blush in Baby Pink.
“What you’re going to do is take your favorite cream or liquid blush, you’re going to be generous with it,” she explained.
“I know it’s crazy, but you have to trust the process.”
After applying the blush to her upper cheeks, Melissa went in with the $29 Milk Makeup Concealer.
“You’re going to blend your concealer and really go to that blush area a little bit under the eyes,” she said.

“See how airbrushed and polished that looks already?”
Melissa pointed out how the concealer faded into the blush on her cheeks.
“I don’t do much under my eyes because I don’t want it to clump or crease throughout the day, so I do minimal here,” she added.
For the final touches, Melissa applied Sephora’s $38 One Size blush.
“Now I’m going to lightly buff that area with the One Size pink blush and here is the final look,” she said.
Her followers shared their thoughts on the hack in the comments section.
“I’ve been doing this forever girlfriend. Your skin is glowing, just beautiful,” one viewer wrote.
“I do this all the time! It’s so beautiful!” said another impressed TikTok user.
“Pretty in pink, I like it,” said a third person.
