'The stove is giving me PTSD,' say people after watching a grim video of a uni house

A WOMAN has left people shocked after sharing the appalling conditions at his friend's university home.

''PTSD'' and ''feeling off'' – is exactly how social media users felt after watching the now viral video posted by TikTok user Josie.

Here the young woman could be seen giving a little tour of her boyfriend's university home, which he appears to share with other students – and its condition has left everyone stunned.

For example, at the entrance, Josie was welcomed by a messy backyard with two footballs lying around, some wooden pieces of what appeared to be a broken chair, a dark green plastic container, as well as a random rope and a bicycle.

But once she entered the building, the situation wasn't much better – and people even thought staying outside would have been 'safer'.

In the kitchen, the clip revealed, Josie saw a stove so grim and dirty that it even left some viewers with “PTSD” as it was covered in leftover food debris and a mysterious dark substance.

The floor unfortunately wasn't much cleaner as it clearly hadn't been mopped or vacuumed in a while, full of dust, vegetable peelings and a random wooden spoon stuck to the fridge.

On the kitchen worktop, the mortified friend also noticed a glass jar containing a sad-looking hot dog sausage floating in yellow liquid, before going to see what was going on in the bathroom.

As the young woman looked around the restroom, she noticed an empty soda can sitting on the toilet, right next to a plastic bottle of water and what appeared to be deodorant.

Meanwhile, the trash can by the sink had not been taken out for a while because it was full to the brim with old toilet rolls and countless used contact lens containers.

The shower was also in dire need of cleaning, as some people wondered how someone could ''bathe'' there.

Back in the kitchen, Josie also made sure to zoom in on the dirty sink, which had some unwashed cutlery, a random cloth, and leftover food scraps that no one had removed.

While giving a tour of the property, Josie also came across a large piece of sausage on the floor, surrounded by dust and dirt.

“Student living at its best,” the shocked girlfriend wrote in the caption of the clip, which has since racked up 1.3 million views.

The state of the property left social media users gaping as hundreds of people rushed to the comments in sheer horror.

One person said: ''This alone would make me break up with a man.''

Another chimed in: 'I'm terrified this is real.'
