An adorable video from Los Angeles shows a mother bear looking out for her cub by grabbing the animal with her teeth and pulling the struggling baby over a fence.

The incident occurred in Monrovia, a neighborhood of north Los Angeles, on a road near Monrovia Canyon Park around 1 p.m. on June 12.

The 10-second clip was posted to TikTok by a user named Lisette and shows the animals engaging in a playful interaction as they attempt to climb over the fence.

The mama lifts her baby several feet into the air as he swings back and forth before hitting the wooden gate and beginning the journey to the other side.

The adorable clip was posted on Friday and has already been viewed more than 15,000 times on the social media platform.

“Just another day in Monrovia, CA,” Lissette captioned the video.

The mother bear is at one point sitting on top of the fence with half her body on one side and the other half trying to pull the cub over.

The larger bear grabs the cub by its mane and lifts it straight into the air like a claw machine before attempting to hurl it over the structure.

Dozens of users left comments swooning over the excruciatingly cute video, while others weighed in that the young bear was seemingly unhelpful with its mother.

“She’s like ‘can you please come πŸ™„πŸ™„'” one TikTok user joked.

“Pulling the end to finally get it over the edge,” another user wrote.

‘Come on mama bear! Bigger swing to help him next time,” one person shared.

“She didn’t even get his scruff, just pulled him by the scalp,” added another.

The woman who made the video told it KTLA the baby bear eventually made it over the fence with its mother.

In one of the most recent attacks, a homeowner and his dog were injured by a mother bear who was with her cub.

“It’s beyond a nuisance,” former Sierra Madre mayor Glenn Lambdin said in an interview with KTLA.

β€œAnd it has already gone into the danger zones. I think we are on a time bomb that is going to explode and we don’t know when,” Lambdin said.
