THIS is the moment two angry builders bulldozed a client’s new driveway after claiming they had not been paid in full.

Tradies Damian Hallett, 37, and Jamie Sommerville, 39, kicked off and caused an explosive row after falling short – even forcing police to intervene.

South Australian more concretely said they had no choice but to make a major statement following a series of underpaying customers in recent months.

They got into a powerful bulldozer and destroyed one of their client’s driveways before waving current tools to completely destroy the rest.

The tradies – who describe themselves as ‘hard-working Aussies’ – told the story News.com.au they were forced to take such drastic measures after the homeowner refused to pay.

Mr Sommerville said: “We will not tolerate this kind of thing, we have never done it before.

“We knew it would come to a situation.

“The main reason this happened was because he openly told us he had no intention of paying.”

In shocking video of the incident, the homeowner can be seen pleading with Hallett to turn off the bulldozer.

But Hallet makes his feelings clear by saying, “I’m ripping the whole thing out.”

Before the unnamed homeowner says, “It’s not going to help anyone.”

Hallet, sitting in the destroying bulldozer, responds with, “I don’t care, I’ll pull this out.

‘After all, you owe me £2,800. I’m pulling this out, you had your chances.

“You said you’re not going to pay me the money money. If you’re going to pay me the money, I’ll stop, if not, I’ll bulldoze now.

Another clip shows the moment when the police arrive at the house and ask Hallet to “be reasonable”.

The irate tradie could be caught telling the officer, “You can go talk to him. I’m done talking to him. Why do I have to talk to him?”

Then Hallet rages at the man, saying, “Get the fuck away from my Bobcat, I’m digging the driveway.”

‘I tried to negotiate with you. If you’re going to pay the money, talk to me, if not, fuck off. I do not mind. I’ve never done this before in my life.”

Then the police officer steps in and asks, “Wait a minute, how much do you owe him?”

When Hallet mentions the unpaid amount, the officer replies: “Well, then you have to pay him £2,800.”

After the hours-long shame fiasco came to an end, Hallet announced on his Instagram that he has now been paid in full.

According to the pair, this is not the first time they have had to pocket money, having suffered a major blow last year when a major company refused to cough up £12,000.

He wrote: “We were paid in full that day. Thanks to the involvement of the South Australian Police.”

“There were no violations committed by any person and SAPOL did not become involved in the issue of payment between the parties.”
