White Lotus star Jennifer Coolidge looks chic in a light blue knit dress at the press conference

Jennifer Coolidge looked fabulous in a powder blue knit dress as she attended a press conference in Sydney on Saturday.

The White Lotus and Legally Blonde star, 61, flaunted her curves in the form-fitting dress as she faced the press ahead of her talk at Vivid Sydney later in the evening.

Jennifer appeared in high spirits as she stepped out ahead of the chat with White Lotus director Mike White.

The pair attended the press conference at Sydney’s Park Hyatt and even posed for some fun snaps outside the iconic Sydney Opera House.

Jennifer’s dress had an off-the-shoulder design and long sleeves and she paired the look with simple heels.

The American Pie star looked glamorous with her dark blonde locks and wrapped around her face in tousled curls.

Her makeup was complete with a smokey eye and matte foundation.

She told the audience about her time in Sydney: ‘I really wanted to do something fun and Australia has always been fun. It’s a merry crowd and it’s an incredible escape to happy times here.”

Speaking of the future after White Lotus, she said: “Some offers have come in. But Mike White made me feel so safe and I look forward to the future, but I don’t know what it is or what to wish for.’

Jennifer is in Australia to headline an exciting night as part of Vivid Sydney.

On June 10, she will bring her eclectic personality to the stage at the International Convention Center (ICC) in Darling Harbour.

The American star will talk about her decades of experience in Hollywood, give audiences a glimpse into her glamorous life and talk about the huge success of The White Lotus alongside writer and director Mike White.

“Hey Australia, it’s Jennifer Coolidge and I just got some really exciting news. Mike White and I are coming to Vivid Sydney on June 10th, see you soon!” she said in a fun clip promoting her visit.

Jennifer has starred in films such as Legally Blonde and American Pie and is a household name for comedy buffs, but her role in The White Lotus further increased her fame.

Her role as Tanya McQuoid in the luxury class parody series has been recognized worldwide as she won awards at the Golden Globes, Emmys, Critics Choice Awards and SAG Awards.

Jennifer, who was slated to host Saturday Night Live before the writers went on strike – recently sat down with The Bear star Jeremy Allen White as part of Variety’s Actors on Actors interview series.

She got candid about her career as she reflected on what she described as her “fatal flaw” in the days of her early success in the late 1990s to early 2000s.

When asked if she had had a plan to enter her acting career with longevity in mind, she admitted that she had not.

“Now that I’m old enough to really look back on my life and especially my mistakes, I see a lot of them. But I never had a strategy. I just went from job to job,” she explained.

Jennifer continued, “I have to say I made the terrible mistake of not riding the wave I had in the beginning. It was kind of back in the ’90s when I had Legally Blonde, Best in Show, and American Pie. And then there was Cinderella Story and things like that.

“But there was a moment. There was a wave I could have really ridden, but I got really distracted.”

As for the distraction? “I started chasing boys,” she said.

‘I wasn’t paying attention. I thought I had all my life left. I did get some jobs, but I had no plan. And I think that was a fatal mistake on my part because it took so long to get something going later on.”
