A frugal woman has revealed how she created an impressive Pick n Mix themed Christmas tree for just £30.

Earlier this week, Michelle Jollands, from Great Britain, shared a clip TikTok showing off her Christmas tree, decorated with copies of the British supermarket’s favorite sweets.

The clip reveals the multi-coloured 2.3 meter tall tree, decorated with fake fruit salads, Black Jacks, Love Hearts and Hubba Bubbas, in all its glory.

After sharing the clip with her 5,900 followers, viewers were in awe of her creation and marveled at Michelle’s creativity.

The treats, including Love Hearts and Fruit Salads, are not edible but certainly add character to the glamorous pink tree.

Decorations included sweet wrappers, sparkly gummy bears, all kinds of oversized licorice and large chocolate M&Ms.

Jelly Beans, mini gum machines, giant love hearts and a giant Hubba Bubba cake are also featured.

Michelle claims the beautiful tree took just 90 minutes to build. However, she says it took four hours to clean up afterward.

Michelle added a special touch this year: placing a chewing gum machine as the ‘star on the top’.

Surprisingly, the cost of the decorations was around £30, and the majority of the items are cardboard and foam clay mixed with acrylic paint.

On Facebook, the thrifty woman explained: ‘The large and small gummy bears are made of polystyrene that I painted with acrylic paint.

‘90% of the decorations consist of cardboard and foam clay mixed with acrylic paint. decorations, the total cost for all decorations was approximately £30 and lots of fun crafting.’

Users were hugely impressed by Michelle’s frugality – with one commenting: ‘Wow, just wow.’
