A TikToker worked an eight-hour shift at Target for free and no one even noticed she wasn’t an employee.

Indianapolis-based content creator Madison, who is known for “working” for free at some of her local stores, intervened after donning a red sweater similar to those worn by Target employees.

The latest from the influencer video on TikTok, has been viewed more than 4.6 million times and showed her cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash and restocking shelves at Target, without paying.

In the video, she also went “above and beyond” for customers, even paying for people’s groceries and offering them gift cards and soft drinks.

“The bathroom was really dirty, but don’t worry, I fixed it,” she explains in the clip.

‘I organized the clothes, emptied the bin and bought Olipop and more gift vouchers to give to my customers.’

Madison revealed that the staff and management actually thought she was an employee.

She added: ‘I have found lost items and put them back where they belong,

‘Employees and security guards kept walking past me, I immediately fell in between them.

‘I found this cart and started stocking everything with it. Another employee saw me, but he didn’t care because he thought I worked there. Together we finished the cart.

“After restocking the shelves, I decided to celebrate by buying more stuff for my customers.”

One person wrote: ‘You and the employee who finished the cart got me out together.’

Another said: ‘If you can work and it goes unnoticed, you see how a good employee’s work can go unnoticed for years.’

Someone else wrote: ‘Cleaning the bathroom was insane.’

A fourth questioned her ‘restock’, saying: ‘That employee needs those items for online orders.’

To which Madison replied, “No, it was another employee’s cart and he was stocking it and I started stocking it too and I asked if that was okay and he told me I could help him with it! I didn’t screw anything up.’
