Zoe Kravitz frees the nipple at the pre-Oscar Oppenheimer party

Kravitz, 35, was photographed at Saint Laurent’s pre-2024 Oscars party in Los Angeles on Friday, March 8, wearing a sheer black halter dress from the designer, paired with silver earrings. With her hair pulled back in a straight updo, the Batman actress stunned in the backless dress, with sheer fabric draped over her chest and shoulders to expose her braless appearance. The skirt was fitted at the waist and had a slit that exposed her leg through a layer of sheer fabric.
The event was organized in collaboration with Saint Laurent, Vanity Fair and NBCUniversal to honor the director Christopher Nolan‘S Oppenheimer, which received Oscar nominations in 13 categories, including Best Picture. The 96th Academy Awards take place on Sunday, March 10.
Kravitz previously cleared the nipple for another Saint Laurent event in February. The actress attended Saint Laurent’s Fall/Winter 2024 show during Paris Fashion Week wearing a sheer brown dress and shiny pumps. She was accompanied in her fashion choice by Olivia Wildewho came to the runway show dressed in a sheer open-back tank top, paired with a belted cargo skirt and leather gloves.
“It is culturally specific because there is obviously less fear of the nipple in other countries. I think we can all really benefit from ensuring that the stigmatization of women’s bodies doesn’t infect our own perspective of ourselves,” Wilde, 39, said. According to show notes obtained by Wthe show is inspired by Marilyn Monroe‘s last public appearance, in which she donned the iconic ‘naked’ dress:
