My $5 mattifying face powder never lets me down — it's sweat- and cry-proof

She said she will never give up the mattifying beauty powder and will continue to buy it.

Kristina (@kl.archief) shared her makeup review in a TikTok video.
She kept the Essence Brighten Up! from $5 up! Banana powder with which she set her make-up.
“Reasons why the Essence powder will stay with me in 2024,” she said.
She explained that her loyalty to the powder was second to none and that she was on her sixth supplement.
As if that wasn't reason enough, she added that she can confirm from experience that the powder was sweat and cry resistant.
Kristina shared a photo of herself after an intense workout that left her sweating but her makeup still perfectly intact.
In another photo, she wiped away tears but noticed her makeup still looked great.
The icing on the cake for her was that the powder was also flashback-proof.

Commenting to a viewer, Kristina revealed how she typically applied the product.
“Personally, I like to use a damp sponge to apply – press into the skin and let it sit, then use the same damp sponge to absorb the rest of the powder!” she said.
