A BLONDE who paid a fortune for her hair extensions was shocked when she saw the results.
Because she thinks her mane looks “stunning” most of the time, she called out her hairdresser for the shoddy job, but was left feeling like it was her fault.
Annie Schaffer (@Annieschaffer) said she spent “almost $1,000” on her hair but realized it looked “absolutely disgusting.”
She let it go to show off her bad extensions.
“It just doesn't fit anymore because I think the bottom numbers that used to be at the bottom are now at the top, and the numbers that used to be at the top are now at the bottom,” she said in the clamp.
“And remember, these are professionally installed and cut to be perfect.”
Annie was frustrated because her hairdresser had apparently messed her up.
“It looks like cheap hair extensions I bought on Amazon.”
She then explained how she was highlighted by her stylist.
“I texted her and sent her pictures saying, 'This doesn't match. Something's wrong.' And she said, 'Yes, come in and I can lower the bottom track.'
Annie knew immediately that this wouldn't solve the problem, as she pointed out that an entire trace that previously existed in the upper left corner of her mind was no longer in its proper place.
So she told her.
“And she just started making excuses like, 'We should just start you off with fresh hair.' I don't like that hair anyway. ''
Annie stopped her there and told her that the hairpieces actually cost $600.
“If you wanted to start with fresh hair or take it out, you should have told me before you did it and then charged me almost a thousand dollars.
“Like, why didn't she express that before?”
She blamed the hairdresser for behaving as if it was Annie's fault.
“They can never just take responsibility for their own mistakes, the problem is always something else.”
She compared her new look to her old one.
“I had beautiful, long hair. And now it's stringy and ugly.”
At her follow-up appointment, she would be strong about what she deserved, rather than settling for a small percentage discount.
“I walk out of there looking beautiful and amazing, like I have $1,000 worth of hair that I deserve and still look the same as I did a week ago, or I walk out with a full refund.”
Viewers took her side.
“She should definitely fix it for free,” one wrote, while another echoed: “I would demand a refund.”
