Khloe Kardashian says kids are ‘never too young to start cleaning’
Khloe Kardashian turns son Tatum into her mini-me.
“We are never too young to start cleaning,” Kardashian, 39, wrote Instagram video on Sunday, December 17. “My little man will know how to do it all.”
In the clip, Kardashian can be seen on the ground sweeping the floor next to her 16-month-old child, who crouched next to his mother and mirrored her action.
‘Good job, daddy! Yeaa!” Kardashian said in the video, as her son repeated the word “Daddy.” (Kardashian welcomed son Tatum via surrogate in July 2022 with ex Tristan Thompson. The couple also shares daughter True, whom they welcomed in April 2018.)
The Kardashians star has been open about her prim manners over the years. Kardashian shared a photo of the inside of her color-coordinated refrigerator after her mother: Kris Jennercriticized her during an episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians in 2019.
In the episode, Jenner, 68, said her daughter is “the most organized, cleanest, most obsessive person I know in her own home.” She also noted that it was strange for Kardashian to get on her hands and knees to clean every spot on her black floors and stated that a small stain on a wall caused her daughter “unnecessary anxiety.”
Despite Jenner expressing her concerns, Kardashian owned her clean habits.
“If someone says I’m crazy, I’m meticulous, I’m clean, I’m neurotic, thank you,” she said during the episode. “I just don’t know why this really matters. They mentioned TV shows Hoardersthey don’t have TV shows Cleaners.”
In 2016, Kardashian revealed that she cleans her sheets every two days, while the internet suggested changing them once a week.

“You guys know I’m crazy about keeping my house in order, but I always thought everyone else was just as neat a freak as I am!” she wrote via her former website khloewithak.com. “I looked up what the internet recommended and discovered that I might be a little more fanatical about being clean than I thought.”
She continued: “If I’m not in town or not sleeping in my bed, I’ll obviously wait a while, but the sheets definitely go in the wash every time after a spray tan.”
In the post, she also shared that she only uses towels “once before washing” and that she “always bleaches them.” Kardashian explained that she gets new pillows “every six months” and sends her comforters to the cleaners “once a year.”
