The most wonderful time of the year is gearing up to be extra special Paris Hilton now that she is a mother of two children.

Hilton, who shares son Phoenix, 10 months, and newborn daughter London with husband Carter Reumhas been “planning Christmas for months,” the insider says.
Although 42-year-old Hilton only announced the birth of her daughter in November, her holiday plans for the whole family were set in motion much earlier.
“They have been buying gifts for both Phoenix and London since earlier this year,” the source said Simple life alum “knows this will be the most magical Christmas she has ever had.”
These holidays are exactly what Hilton has always imagined, the insider said. “Paris has wanted to be a mother for so many years and she is so grateful that she got everything she ever wanted,” the source added.
Hilton surprised fans on Thanksgiving when she revealed that she and Reum, 42, had quietly welcomed daughter London via a surrogate. “Grateful for my baby girl,” she captioned a November Instagram photo wearing a pink baby outfit with the name “London” monogrammed on the front.
The couple welcomed son Phoenix via surrogate earlier this year and kept the news a secret until January.
Following the addition of London to their brood, an insider exclusively revealed Us the family is “excited” to have the girl in their lives. Phoenix is also getting used to having a sister, with the source explaining in November that he was “very interested in getting to know” London.
“Everyone is happy and healthy and excited to spend the holidays together this year,” the insider said at the time, noting that London’s arrival is a “dream come true for the whole family.”
Hilton talked about her growing team during an appearance in November Live with Kelly and Markrevealing that she “surprised the whole family” with her newborn baby during Thanksgiving.
“I am in heaven,” she said on the talk show. “I just feel like my life is so complete. I feel so peaceful and excited and grateful for everything in my life.”
Describing her “amazing” holiday celebration, Hilton revealed that she and Reum told the family there was a “surprise” before dinner.
“Everyone thought a magician was coming,” she recalled. ‘For example, an artist comes in. So everyone is totally excited. …Then I walked in, like a pink blanket with a baby, and everyone was sitting there going, ‘What?!’
