I tried a new eyeliner tip and got so many compliments: it's 'giving baby doll'

In her videoArden Rose (@arden_rose) demonstrated the trick she uses to take her eye makeup to the next level.

“I would like to talk about something that I think has completely changed the way I apply my makeup and more specifically my eyeliner, and that is your eye lift,” the TikToker said.

She explained that she thinks “we're belittling the value of just going with the eye shape.”

“When I look at my eye, I see a clear sort of shadow of where my eye line wants to go,” Arden told her followers.

“I looked at my face the other day and said, 'Well, maybe I should just follow that shadow and see what it looks like for a day,' and I got so many compliments that day.”

She called her technique “Your eye line better” when describing it to her viewers.

“It will have the smallest impact, you will have very little makeup on and choose the color that feels natural to you,” Arden explained.

“All I'm going to do is look at that little shadow that's right [at the corner of my eye] and I'm just going to toe the line, that's all.”

She pointed out that her eyeliner wasn't even sharp and created “a little dimple” in the corner of her eye.

“Then I take my little angled eyeliner brush and move it outward so it kind of breaks up this harsh line,” she said as she demonstrated the technique.

“See how soft that is? Look at the difference in my eyes, this eye gives a baby doll.”

She completed the look by applying mascara to her eyelashes.

“I am [never] I never put my eyeliner up anymore,” Arden said.
