Gisele Bundchen releases her own cookbook, called Nourish

Gisele Bundchen is expanding her career with the launch of her own cookbook.

It’s called Nourish: Simple Recipes to Empower Your Body and Feed Your Soul.

The 43-year-old shared photos from the book on Instagram, writing: “You asked for it and here it is: my cookbook.”

She continued, “Now it’s available in Portuguese.”

The cover girl – who cried about her ex Tom Brady this week – listed some dishes in her book.

“There are smoothies, salads, soups and delicious ways to prepare vegetables, meats and of course healthy sweets… there’s something for everyone,” she noted.

“I can’t wait for you to try and share the recipes,” she finished.

Standing above a kitchen island strewn with salads, Gisele shows off her sculpted midriff in an elegant striped crop top on the book’s cover.

“I’m so excited to announce my new cookbook, Nourish!” Gisele shared last year.

“People always ask me what I eat and how I stay fit,” she continued.

‘Good food is something I am passionate about, and it is essential for a healthy lifestyle.

“In Nourish, I share my family’s favorite simple, nutritious, and delicious recipes and some self-care rituals that help me immensely in my life, especially as a busy working mom.”

It comes after the stunner broke down in tears as she reflected on her split from Tom Brady in a candid new interview.

The supermodel, 43 – who was recently spotted kissing jitsu instructor friend Joaquim Valente — was seen in tears in a teaser clip of her upcoming interview with Robin Roberts, IMPACT x Nightline: Gisele Bundchen: Climbing the Mountain.

Bundchen started dating the NFL star, 46, in 2007 and was with him for more than a decade before confirming their divorce in October 2022. They share two children, Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11.

But while the model has clearly moved on from her romance with her new jiu jitsu trainer partner, she couldn’t help but express her sadness when Roberts asked her about the split – noting that the supermodel had likened her divorce to “the death of a dream’.

Roberts then asked, “How are you doing?” with Bundchen replying: ‘Well, if you say…” before breaking down.

She turned away from the camera and said, “Sorry, guys. Don’t know. Can I have a moment?’

Roberts also asked Bundchen how she was juggling co-parenting with Brady, with the fashion star admitting, “I think there are easier days than others, and I can only control what I do.”

Bundchen, who has yet to speak publicly about her new romance with Valente, was then asked:Could you open your heart to someone again?’ with the star initially hesitant to respond and simply saying, “Ummm.”

Regaining her composure, she continued, “Where my heart is now is where I am now. I live my truth, and I make no apologies for it.”

She later said that her experiences with love made her realize “what I want and what I don’t want.”

The former Victoria’s Secret Angel announced her new love Valente when they were spotted kissing in Miami on Valentine’s Day in an exclusive video obtained by DailyMail.com.

In the clip, the pair were seen putting on a romantic display near the supermodel’s Miami home – the first time they have been seen kissing in public.

Despite their lack of public displays of affection, the pair have reportedly been dating since June, with Page Six reporting that they were first spotted together over a year ago.

Rumors that they were an item began circulating in November 2022, just weeks after Brady and Bundchen confirmed their divorce, when Valente was photographed vacationing with the supermodel and her kids in Costa Rica.

The couple has also enjoyed trips together to their native Brazil.

But insiders close to Bundchen have continually tried to suppress the “love talk,” with the model herself deflecting when asked about the alleged romance during an interview with Vanity Fair last March.

“I think at this point, unfortunately, because I’m divorced, I’m sure they’re going to try to tie me down to whatever,” she told the publication of the rumors.

However, she was happy to praise Valente, as well as his brothers Pedro and Gui, who run the Valente Brothers Jiu-Jitsu studio with him.

She continued, “I am so grateful to know them all because not only have they helped me and my children, but they have also become good friends, and Joaquim in particular.

“He is our teacher and, most importantly, he is a person I admire and trust. It’s so good to have that kind of energy, to have my kids around that kind of energy.”

Gisele shares custody of her children with their father Tom and an insider said they are still her priority over romance.

The source said: ‘It’s so hard with the divorce, but the kids now know they’re together. They really love Joaquim.”

Meanwhile, Brady has moved on with supermodel Irina Shayk, 37 — although a source told Page Six he’s trying to focus much of his energy on “kids and work,” while denying rumors he’s already considering tying the knot again to step.

“Anything that says he wants to get married again is just made up,” the insider claimed.

However, divorce isn’t the only heartbreaking topic the supermodel addresses in her interview, which will air in full on March 7.

Gisele was left devastated when her mother Vânia Nonnenmacher passed away from cancer on January 28, while another insider told Page Six that Valente had been a “rock” of support for the model amid her ongoing grief.

One source also told People about Gisele’s relationship with Joaquim: “They have a similar background. They both left Brazil very young.

“They have both created a great life for themselves in the US. They both love Miami, but also love to travel. They both enjoy a healthy life.

“Gisele is in a great space. She is happy and enjoys life immensely. Joaquim is perfect for her.’

A first look at the interview will air on ABC’s Good Morning America on Thursdays at 8:00 am EST.
