Adrenaline junkies can now experience their latest fun thanks to a water slide that ends in a shark tank

A video posted to TikTok by roller coaster and thrill-seeker account The Coaster Scoop shows footage of a person hurtling down a water slide surrounded by sharks in the Caribbean islands of the Bahamas.

Anyone who wants to venture down the slide must do so on a rubber ring, with sharks hovering overhead as they zoom by.

After hurtling down the slide, the clip shows the adrenaline junkie spotting his first shark of the ride.

The rider must then wait, as users can only go down the slide by using the momentum of the wave generated by the person in front of them.

Just as the individual’s ride is about to continue, they turn a GoPro camera to show “another huge shark” before reaching the end and coming back out.

The video, which has been viewed more than 14.7 million times on the platform, caused users to panic at the prospect of creating a water ride so close to the notoriously deadly animals.

One user wrote: ‘Omg I would have a panic attack because of my claustrophobia.’

A second posted: ‘I’m breathing fast just watching. I literally can’t. Fear and claustrophobia are too much.”

A third joked: ‘All fun and games until the shark breaks the glass.’

A fourth added: ‘I did this water slide. Yes, the sharks scared me’.

The slide can be found at the Aquaventure Water Park at the ocean-themed Atlantis Paradise Island resort in Nassau.
