The answers ranged from vinegar to dishwashing liquid, but the most popular answer seemed to be using Viakal limescale remover spray for the bathroom.

The product, which retails at Tesco for £2.99 for a 500ml bottle, ”quickly eliminates limescale and hard water stains, along with the dirt and bacteria trapped in them”.
