Some couples like to make big decisions together, but this dog lover decided to surprise her husband with a very bold move.
The Devon woman, who works as a hotelier and goes by the nickname Lady F, shared a video on TikTok of her bringing home a Dalmatian puppy named Lady Penelope to her husband’s surprise.
The video clearly shows that the woman decided to get the pet without discussing it with her partner first, and decided to simply take the puppy home to record its reaction.
Fortunately, the man took the new well and quickly started hugging the new addition to his family.
Meanwhile, people online have been swooning over the sweet video, saying they loved watching the heartwarming introduction.

The footage started with Lady F walking into the house with the puppy in her arms as her daughter filmed, asking if she knew what she was doing.
The mother admitted to her daughter that her father had “no idea” about the dog as they walked towards the house humming.
There a stunned man was waiting for them, completely shocked to see the puppy in his wife’s arms.
“B******,” the man said with a grin on his face as he watched his wife bring the puppy inside.
“You can’t do that,” he said, to which his wife replied, “It’s kind of done.”
He took the puppy in his arms and added, “You can’t just go out and buy a puppy.”
“I didn’t just go out and buy a puppy, it’s been planned for weeks,” she said.
The man admitted, still holding the puppy, which licked his face, joking that the dog was “awful” before kissing his wife.
Fortunately, the man protests weakly before taking the adorable puppy in his arms for a cuddle
In a caption accompanying the video, the woman said, “Went and did something! None of this is advised unless you know, as I do, that you have the most wonderful husband in the world.’
