ONE employee’s outfit for the office didn’t work for everyone, but most people thought she looked perfectly professional.

They thought she looked “great” and that the person who criticized her style was crazy.

Ebony (@ife_amorie) was in disbelief about the dress code debacle she experienced in the workplace.

She thought she looked super “cute” in a tan skirt with black tights and a black and white long-sleeved sweater with pearl flower embellishments around her V-neck collar.

She let go of the sweater a little, but couldn’t figure out what the problem was.

As she danced in the mirror, she was still shocked that someone told her the outfit was “unprofessional.”

Ebonie explained that her workplace has implemented a business-casual dress code, but they still prefer to wear blazers every day, which confuses her.

All she could do was go to the bathroom and shake it off.

Still, many of her fans couldn’t shake the feeling that the comment was unwarranted.

Most stood up for the fashionista who they thought looked great just the way she was.

I found my dream dress for a friend’s wedding, but it’s controversial – some say it’s too bridal, even my mom says no_

“Something someone said to me once was, ‘is it actually unprofessional or is it just an outfit for a fuller body?’

“And it has reshaped the way I think about dressing for work ever since!” said one follower.

‘The same. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. I love my clothes but people make it weird,” she replied.

“Who told you that? This is super cute,” said another viewer.

“Someone who has no form,” Ebonie replied.

According to the career site Monster, business casual is usually referred to as professional attire that is not as formal as the traditional suit-and-tie outfit.

They believe that acceptable clothing should include slacks, crew-neck sweaters, and dresses and skirts that reach around the knees.

Blouses, button-up shirts and blazers are also suitable.

Others also thought Ebonie looked great and wanted her to remain herself.

“Unprofessional means they were mad that you looked so cute,” said one follower.

“Haters! You look very cute and very professional,” another agreed.

“Incorrect. This is indeed professional. And very stylish too. Keep dancing!” said a third viewer.
